Don't ever ask a woman if she likes you unless you want to get the "Let's be friends" statement.
If you really want to know if she likes you, kid her about it. Say something like "Ah yeah, you like me, you just don't want to admit it." Say it with arrogance and strength and make it funny. If she comes back at you with a "You only wish." or a "No I don't." then she probably does.
