Don't get the wrong impression by this chapter's title. This doesn't mean Free Love.
Upon doing research for another book, I discovered something amazing. What I discovered made me realize something about love. Give it freely without obligation and it will come back to you.
Having a desire for another person is great as long as you don't expect things from them. Don't expect them to love or desire you and it will be much easier to get them to desire you. Try to get the concept of loving without expecting to be loved. True love is letting people be themselves, accepting them as they are, loving them no matter what they do. People will try hard sometimes to get people to hate them or dislike them as they feel undeserving of love. No matter how much they try to drive you away, just love them anyway. Don't expect them to love you and then they will.
Don't have a must-have on being loved. There is an old saying "It will come to you when you least expect it." I believe this is because you let it go. You don't have this must have it feeling. You feel free of it and it comes to you. Have a So What attitude. No matter what they do, you still love them just like a mother loves a child.
When you meet someone and you desire them, then the problems start. Give them love without expecting it and see how it comes to you. It works the same as walking away. When you walk away you let it go and then it comes to you.
Get the attitude to love someone just the way they are and accept everything they do as a learning experience. Don't expect them to do things the way you do. Don't expect them to follow your schedule or your lifestyle.
